This research explains the potential benefits and implementation challenges of such a system for small and medium-sized businesses. This approach improved inventory monitoring, storage expenses, and customer satisfaction. Implementation was complicated and time-consuming, requiring IT experts and personnel training. Thiscase study illustrates how IT consultants and suppliers may assist small and medium-sized organizations in assessing the costs and advantages of deploying an automated inventory management system.Thecase study might motivate SMEs to investigate automated inventory management systems to increase productivity and reduce costs
